The Calamian Tagbanwa people primarily reside in the northern region of Palawan, specifically in the Calamian and Linapacan islands. Unlike other groups, they are not part of the Palawanic subgroup but are classified under the Philippine subgroup, specifically the Kalamian group, which also includes the Agutaynon. Unlike other Tagbanwa groups, they do not utilize the Tagbanwa script.
