More Harvesters Needed
“Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field.” (Matt.9:38)
The need for workers in the mission field is still great. Every generation needs obedient and faithful followers of Christ who are willing to go and make disciples of all nations.
The Great Commission is Christ’s command to His Church. Therefore, every follower of Christ must participate in the fulfillment of this command.
God always want His people to be involved in His work here on earth. He can do everything on His own because He is all-powerful, yet He still chooses to give us the privilege of being ambassadors of Christ to the nations.
When God is working, the enemy doesn’t stop working as well. Therefore, we need to be united in fulfilling Jesus’ commands to ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into the harvest field.
1. Pray for Current Missionaries
Doing missions work is never easy. Please pray for perseverance, joy, and victory in service to the Master.
2. Pray For More Believers To Enter The Missionary Training
Pray that God will raise up a new generation of obedient disciples of Christ willing to go. Pray that God would thwart the works of the enemy in hindering believers, especially the young people, in following God’s call in their lives.
3. Pray For Current Missionary Trainees
Pray for the missionary trainees at NTSM that they would grow, learn, and be more equipped as they look forward to working as full-time missionaries in the field. Pray for perseverance and joy as they prepare to fulfill what God has in store for them.
