Lydia is a daughter of the late missionary Florentino Santos, a pioneer missionary among the head-hunting tribe, the Bugkalots of Nueva Vizcaya. She willingly obeyed the same calling of God in her life, following in the footsteps of her father. She has been an associate missionary of NTMPI for more than a decade before becoming a full-fledged missionary in 2018. She is now serving among the Bugkalot tribe in Nagtipunan, Quirino.
