Dean serves as the Senior Pastor of Binayoyo Christian Church, guiding and equipping believers in their faith. He is also serving as a volunteer at Kids International Ministry.
Beyond the church, Dean plays a vital role in agricultural and indigenous advocacy. As a Board Member of the National Coconut & Farmers Association of the Philippines, he works to uplift local farmers and promote sustainable development. He is also a proponent of various community projects for the Dumagat, focusing on their well-being and empowerment.
Committed to preserving and celebrating indigenous heritage, Dean serves as a Consultant and Spokesperson for Hiraya and Himig, an organization dedicated to revitalizing Dumagat culture, arts, and music. He is also actively engaged in collaborating with the Antipolo City Government and various NGOs for community projects.
