In 1999, Virgie became a full-fledged missionary of NTMPI. She served in Palawan from 1998-2003. While serving as a staff and teacher at NTSM, she met her late husband Roger and tied the knot. Roger was involved in Jesus is Lord Global ministry in Jeddah while working as an OFW. He finished the Basic Bible Course at NTSM in 2017. The couple became associate members of NTMPI in 2019 and served in San Marcelino, Zambales together. But in September of 2023, Roger went home to be with the Lord. Virgie continues to serve as a broadcaster at 1143 DZMR Missions Radio in Isabela and handles their ministry in Zambales.
