Jessie and Elvie have been full-time missionaries of NTMPI since 1992. They first served as church planters among the Calamian Tagbanua people group of Coron, Palawan for twelve years. The couple also spent seven years as staff at New Tribes School of Missions. Since 2007, they have been ministering to the Ayta tribal group of Zambales. They have three married children: Ruth, Jezreel Elvin and Jepti.
