Kankanaey tribe in Kapangan, Benguet was their first field assignment as a couple. Then they served as NTSM staff in a short while. In 1985, Joseph began to hold various leadership positions and has been a leader for more than 30 years. Years ago, they started the Bless church in Cainta and are praying to plant more. He is an adviser of Equip Asia and teacher at NTSM. He is also in-charge of field projects like Business as Mission in some areas of NTMPI ministry. They have two children: Charissa Faith and Jeshua Lemuel.
