Che and Elsa are both actively serving as missionaries of NTMPI for more than three decades. They served as church planters in Mainland Palawan and as staff and teachers at New Tribes School of Missions. The most part of their work was spent among the Kankanaey tribe of Benguet Province. A local church was established as a result of the ministry they started for the Kankanaey students in La Trinidad, Benguet. They also reached out the Kankanaey people in La Union Province and in time, another local church was planted there. Cesar and Elsa are also master’s degree holder from the International Graduate School of Leaders (IGSL) in Quezon City. They have two grown-up daughters, Hannah Eunice and Miracle Joy.
