Both is from the province of Santiago Isabela. He studied and trained in New Tribes School of Mission to do cross cultural ministry. He speaks Ilocano and Tagalog. He joined the NTMPI in 2012 and has been working among the Kalangoya Tribe in Balangubong, Kasibubu, Nueva Vizcaya, in the Northern part of the Philippines. He prepares lesson materials for the church and is involved in teaching believers, training, and discipling church leaders. He desires to reach out Kalangoya people and establish churches in nearby towns.
