Harvey has been serving as missionary of New Tribes Mission of the Philippines since 1980. Harvey and his late wife, Elda, served as church planter among the Kankana-ey tribe of Benguet province for 10 years and a Mission Home Receiver for 3 years. Harvey now ministers to the Palawanos in Narra, Palawan. He is teaching, mentoring and helping the Elders of the churches that has been established in the area. He also conducts chronological Bible teaching to families of Burirao, Narra, Palawan.
