Nelyn is a native of the Ibaloi tribe and she’s been serving with NTMPI since 1982. She is assigned in Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya amongst Iwak-Ibaloi tribe. She is involved in conducting Bible studies and discipling believers especially the group of women.
