Domeng is from Benguet province and a native of Kankanaey tribe while Jelah is from Misamis Occidental. They became missionaries of NTMPI in 1985 and 1989 respectively. They served among the Calamian Tagbanwa Tribe of Coron, Palawan during their single years. They were married in 1991 and continued to minister in Coron until 2008. They were also assigned to the Mission Headquarters in Taytay, Rizal from 2008 to 2012. Currently, they oversee the property of NTMPI in Anggat, Bulacan. Domeng also pastors a church planted by NTMPI and conducts a Bible teaching outreach in a nearby barangay while Jelah focuses on discipleship ministry among women in the church. They have a grown-up son, Timothy.
