Fred is a full-blooded Ayta born and raised in Botolan, Zambales. His parents were the firstfruits of a New Tribes missionary couple’s work among the Aytas in 1954. He married Rena Tulio from Aklan and are blessed with two children: Mizpah and Manfred. They first joined NTMPI as associate members and eventually became full-fledged members. With his wife, Fred serves as the Senior Pastor of Pinatubo Bethel Christian Church. Their ministry also involves training of tribal leaders and church planting in other Ayta villages.
