Jed is from the Tagbanwa indigenous people group in Coron, Palawan. He came to know the Lord Jesus at a young age and since desired to become a missionary. He joined the training in 2014 and became NTMPI full-pledged missionary in 2016. He now has a church planting ministry among the Tagbanwa in Camanga Island, Coron, Palawan.
