Joyce is a native of Kankanaey tribe. She worked as a full-time church worker in La Trinidad, Benguet. However, she felt something was still missing. Her missions exposure to the Subanen tribe in Mindanao stirred the desire in her heart to be involved in tribal missions.

She has been serving with NTMPI since 2013. Her first assignment was in San Gabriel, La Union where she served among her own people group. She’s now back in her own place in Poblacion, Kibungan, Benguet doing Bible teachings and administering in the local church.
