Lino and Harumi have been full-fledged missionaries of NTMPI since 1994 and 1998 respectively. Harumi is a Japanese national whom Lino met in Japan when he went there in 2000 for an 11-month rural leadership training sponsored by the Asian Rural Institute (ARI). After they got married in 2002, Harumi underwent missionary training in New Tribes School of Mission in Bataan. Having completed her training, the couple went to Angat, Bulacan and served as overseer of the NTMPI’s project there. They also became involved in teaching and discipleship in a local church in Angat which was planted by his predecessors. When a very strong earthquake and tsunami hit Japan in 2011, Lino and Harumi had a burden to reach out to the Japanese people who had been devastated by this calamity. So, in 2013, the couple went to Japan and had been there since. They are helping a small Japanese local church pastored by a Japanese couple through teaching and discipleship. Lino and Haru are blessed with daughter, Aira, and a son named, Lian.
